It is not because summer is over that we stop swimming. Children and adults are invited to join our many aquatic programs in one of our five (heated) swimming pools open all year round for our learning to swim program for young people or our aqua aerobics lessons for adults. Swimming lessons teach basic swimming skills including water safety, flotation and swim technique, while water aerobics participants enjoy a great instructor-led workout with no impact on your body and your joints.
