Decadence Arizona electronic dance music festival is scheduled for Thursday New Years Eve

PHOENIX – The massive Decadence Arizona party returns Thursday for two days of electronic dance music featuring deejays Marshmello and Diesel – aka Shaquille O’Neal of the Basketball Hall of Fame – among the many performers.

The seventh annual festival will broadcast sound and light to three stages at the Rawhide Event Center in Chandler.

Promoters Relentless Beats and Global Dance called the Valley event “one of the most impactful New Year’s lineups in the country” in a press release and added that fans would be “immersed in next-level production” .

The festival is open to people 18 and over.

General two-day admission is $ 199, plus service charge; there are two versions of a VIP pass throughout the festival: standard, which, in addition to general admission, includes express entry, access to a special lounge, and front row viewing for $ 469, plus fees; and a two-day Platinum VIP pass is available for attendees 21 and over for $ 999, plus fees. This price tag includes standard festival VIP amenities, stage viewing, access to the artists’ lounge, complimentary drinks, fine dining, and a gift bag.

Shuttles will depart from Arizona State University parking lot 59 North to the event site starting at 5 p.m. on both nights and every half hour thereafter. The last pickup is scheduled for 10:30 pm Departures from Rawhide Center will be at 1:30 am, 2:00 am and 3:15 am.

A two-day shuttle pass costs $ 60 plus a service charge; a day pass costs $ 32.50 plus fees.

The opening night lineup will feature Alesso, Alison Wonderland, Bijou, Chris Lake, DJ Snake, Gem & Tauri, Kaskade, Madeon, Martin Ikin, Nora En Pure, Purple Disco Machine and Seven Lions.

New Years Eve Friday artists include Alan Walker, Destructo, Diesel, Dillon Francis, Fisher, Gordo, Lost Kings, Loud Luxury, Marshmello, Sonny Fodera and Animate.
